Mukti Gupta spearheads the Strategic Initiatives and Operations of her family business – Mukti Group. The Group is into Real Estate , Hospitality and Entertainment industries.She formed Help Us Help Them in 2001 with her family and friends.

HUHT now provides education free of cost to 700 underprivileged children through its two projects – a rural school in Mallickpur (Kolkata South 24 Parganas) and an innovative mobile school ‘School on Wheels’. Her dream project is now turning into reality – a residential school  for over 1000 underprivileged children.

She is also one of the founding member of “Kolkata Gives”, a platform to connect credible NGOs and Donors. Ms.Gupta is greatly inspired by her parents, and especially by her father Sri R.K.Gupta Ji who gave her the opportunity and encouragement to prove her acumen. She firmly believes in Nelson Mandela’s quote “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

Mr. Gupta, a Commerce Graduate, had a very humble and modest start in his early days, staying in a 200 square feet rented house and earning sixty rupees a month. He achieved what anyone would not even dare to dream. Modest and humble he shuns the spotlight with fervour, instead focusing on his two main passions in life- business and his social work.

His first venture started over 3 decades ago in 1984, modernizing the real estate scenario in the suburbs of Kolkata, with his concept of multi-storeyed residences in the Hoogly belt.

Since then the Mukti Group has become a key player in Bengal’s real estate and entertainment hub with multiplex, malls, international hotel and many more to its name.

His belief in the fact that aviation industry is the key to the country’s development had actually lead him to his dream project of Mukti Airways, and was the first to receive the license required to enter aviation industry from West Bengal, and is one of the proposed ventures of Mukti Group.

He was the visionary who had got Carlson Rezidor Hotels to the heart of Kolkata in the year of 2012.

Mr. Anubhav Gupta, has now been active in day to day affairs of the Company framing strategies to revive the operational capacity of the hotel infrastructure and facilities, has completed Family Business post-graduation from S.P.Jain College in Mumbai, and has been pivotal in managing the business development of the group. A young enthusiast who adds fresh ideas to the company’sfuture
