  • Responsible for sales of – Banquets, Restaurant and Lounge (corporate / social / block bookings) and Multiplex (block bookings)
  • Get bookings through corporate, social and event management companies
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
Associate F&B ManagerGraduate (any stream)
  • Approx. 6-8 yrs
  • Should have knowledge of managing F&B outlets.
  • Should have knowledge to develop and implement different strategies for Banquet , Lounge Bar and Restaurant
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Responsible for achieving the business plan target of Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Banquet
  • Responsible for the day- to- day operation of the food & beverage department and all its sections
  • Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

  • Mall activation - Earning revenue through mall activities like product display, etc.
  • Pamphlet / Brochure distribution - Earning revenue through pamphlet / brochure distribution from our box office
PR & Marketing CoordinatorGraduate (any stream) 2 – 4 yrs
  • Coordinating all PR & Marketing activities
  • Maintaining all folders, vouchers and materials related to PR and marketing
  • Interdepartmental coordination
  • Acting as a PR coordinator between PR managers and media and all external concerned people
